It was a fantastic stay, proactive staff. Restaurant was amazing and fairly clean. Having different complementary drinks in the main bar was a very nice touch.

it made our trip to bilbao a restful experience. very caring staff, we liked our stay near restaurants and bars. hotel's location was lovely, good for shopping. the beach nearby was beautiful and the view was perfect. fine beds, climate control, wifi and terrace in the room. exceptional service, awesome restaurant on site.

The hotel had a friendly lobby. I loved my room, it was cool and cool with a large very comfortable bed. Generally everything was great, however the bathroom was very dated. Brilliant location to casco viejo.

Liked this place, it was quiet. We had an inner courtyard view and a safe, a minibar and a work desk. The hotel is in the old town district. Favourable location -short walk from Abando metro station.

The hotel is so awesome, the staff is welcoming. The room was good sized, comfortable bed. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Set only 400 metres away, La Tagliatella is a wonderful place to eat nearby.
